Nights of Cabiria

Gorgeous, haunting, sad, funny. I gasped out loud when I realized what the big twist was going to be. (So it's a good thing I saw it at home instead of in a theater.)

Greg pointed out that the movie does not do much to fight the stereotype that Italians are loud and make lots of gestures, obscene and otherwise.
